受红杉资本中国基金合伙人王岑的邀请,领秀(中国)品牌顾问董事长袁奇化身“袁老师”,空降北京黑马营,来到黑马实验室进行定位授课。

都说定位理论一听就懂,一用就错,是什么让学员们对袁老师的定位演讲反响热烈?答案就是——实战案例。二十年的定位战略和视觉落地经验,袁老师总结出独特的钉锤理论,帮助品牌一句话打动顾客,一瞬间记住品牌。



从定位理论到语言钉和视觉锤,袁老师特别强调从战争中学习战争。通过一个个自身的实战案例,详细介绍了这么多年来用品牌定位战略及视觉落地为品牌赢得竞争的打法。



案例分享之后,还有现场为案例打分环节,学员们对袁老师的实战案例纷纷给出满分的评价。



原本三个半小时的课程延迟到了五个半小时。虽然很累,但袁老师表示,累点不算什么,能帮到大家才是他所期望的。特别是疫情期间,要互相抱团、互相学习。


课程结束后,现场有一半的学员表示,接下来要邀请袁老师做咨询设计。学员们的热情可见一斑。

At the invitation of Wang Cen, partner of Sequoia Capital China fund, Yuan Qi, chairman of Lingxiu (China) brand consultant, incarnated as "teacher yuan" and parachuted to the black horse camp in Beijing to conduct orientation teaching in black horse laboratory.
Black horse camp is the first comprehensive entrepreneurship acceleration course in China, which is committed to providing practical courses and acceleration services for entrepreneurs in the rapid development stage. It is said that positioning theory is easy to understand and wrong to use. What makes the students respond warmly to Mr. Yuan's positioning speech? The answer is - actual cases. After 20 years of positioning strategy and visual landing experience, Mr. Yuan has summed up a unique hammer theory to help brands impress customers in a word and remember brands in a flash.
From positioning theory to language nail and visual hammer, Mr. Yuan emphasized learning war from war. Through a series of practical cases, this paper introduces in detail how to win the competition for the brand with the brand positioning strategy and visual landing for so many years.

After the case sharing, there was also the on-the-spot scoring link for the case. The students gave full marks to the actual cases of Mr. Yuan.
The original three-and-a-half-hour course was postponed to five and a half hours. Although very tired, but Mr. Yuan said that tired is nothing, can help everyone is what he expected. Especially during the epidemic period, we should unite and learn from each other.
At the end of the course, half of the students said that they would like to invite Mr. Yuan to do consulting design. The enthusiasm of the students can be seen.
